Venkat Changavalli is an Author, Leadership Mentor, Management Consultant and Trainer since April 2011.

His vision is to mentor 50 leaders individually and provide leadership training for 500 leaders every year for enterprises (Large Corporations, Entrepreneurial enterprises, Government Organizations and Social Enterprises).

His mission is to pursue Academic, Board and Consultancy Assignments for Business Development, Partnership Development and Leadership Development through Innovation for improving quality of lives of BPL families in India.

An MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and B.Tech (Chemical) from NIT, Warangal, Venkat Changavalli has 37 years of total experience including 19 years as CEO and 3 years as Management Consultant.

Venkat Changavalli was the First Chief Executive Officer of Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI), providing free emergency response services (108). Under his leadership, 108 services started in Hyderabad in August 2005 and in 6 years reached out to 12 states (430M population) with 3,200 ambulances and has responded to 12 Million emergencies, conducted 150,000 deliveries and saved over 520,000 lives.

He is recognized as Organization Builder and People Developer and drives change with clear communication for effective execution.

Mr. Changavalli is a strategic thinker and lucid trainer. He was trained by the greatest minds at Wharton School, IMD, LBS, Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School on Strategic Thinking, Leadership Skills, Strategic Marketing, Negotiations Skills, etc.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Changavalli is renowned as a great inspirational speaker who brings in beautiful insights for better management of organizations and also development of people. This facet of Mr. Changavalli has earned him accolades from many organizational leaders and intellectuals.

He was the Director on the Board of State Bank of Hyderabad for 3 years. Currently, he is Director on the Boards of Butterfly Edu Fields, Embrace India and Saath Livelihood Services and is also on the advisory boards of ALERT-We Care, Hyderabad Director/CEO Forum (HDCF) and Lakshya Foundation.

He teaches Leadership at IIM Indore for EPGP and he is guest faculty in ISB, IIMA, ASCI etc on Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Innovation, Execution, Partnerships, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Personal Brand Building for success etc

Mr. Changavalli has received awards for his yeoman services including Distinguished alumnus award from NIT Warangal, Pranadata Award, HEAL Leadership Award, AAEMI Leadership award for the Moral Courage, ICONGO’s Karmaveer Puraskar Award and PIRAMAL Prize 2010 for Innovative Healthcare delivery, Dynamic Indian of the Millennium Award, to name a few.

Mr. Changavalli has also authored a book “Manage, Live and Lead”, an inspirational guide for managers, citizens and students.
